Jayme Levy
Administrative Assistant
I spent over 30 years teaching 7th grade science at Johanna Perrin Middle School in Fairport before retiring in June 2025. I loved my time in the classroom, but I was ready for a new challenge. I've always enjoyed working with numbers and with people, and when the opportunity came to join Henderson Wealth Management, it felt like the right next chapter.
I've been here about a year and a half now, and I'm still learning something new every day. My role is all about client relations and advisor support. I greet clients when they come in, help with account openings, process money movement requests, and handle the kind of operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly. I love the work, but more than that, I love interacting with people. There's a real family feeling here, and I think clients feel that too.
I graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Biology and earned my teaching certifications in Biology, Chemistry, and General Science back in 1992. Those years in education taught me how to organize information, pay attention to detail, and communicate clearly. All of that translates well to what I do now.
I'm from right here in Fairport. It's a wonderful community that cultivates phrases like "Once a Raider, Always a Raider" and "Fairport Family." These days, I live in neighboring Pittsford with my husband Chris. We have two sons, Lin and Michael, and they've all been incredibly supportive of this career change.
When I'm not working, I love to dance, work out, hike, and spend time in nature. Most of all, I enjoy quality time with family and friends. After three decades in one career and now starting fresh in another, I can honestly say I'm exactly where I want to be.
